Hello! I have watched almost 80% of your HR content regarding HR management. your way of teaching inspires me. I just want to know how a person who has done inter in computer science and wants to become an HR manager.

If wife surname get changes after marriage in her aadhar and pan. But still her education and other certificates having before marriage name. Will have any problem in IT company? Will she clear her background verification successfully.
Does employer verify employee's data from UAN also? OR they use UAN just for creating and linking PF account?

I have been suffering because of BGV from past 7 years.
Mine 1st employer terminated me with no rehire but they gave me
Relieving Letter , Resignation Acceptance Letter and Termination Letter too.
So every single time when I go for a new employer there is red flag raised because of 1st employer.
I tried to hide my 1st employer but my UAN is linked to it , so cant even Hide that nor can show.
Please help me I am really frustrated because of this.

It may take anywhere from a few days to couple of weeks.
If you are waiting for the results, it's best to ask hiring company.

Hello mam, if I had a verbal fight/ego fight with my previous manager and joined another company with proper relieving letter from previous company can he still harm my reputation/defame me in the eyes of next employer during background/reference check? Relationship with manager is not good. Can I file a defamation case? Previous and next both companies are IT MNC's.

You didn't provide UAN right ? But what about future ? UAN is a unique number issued once.

Some one faked 3 years of experience and get a job as senior software engineer in new company and successfully spent 6 years and now want to remove fake . But will they ask how you got first job as senior software engineer? Few of my friends they told tell him you have multiple offers and interview was awesome and you got first job as senior software engineer. Please help me. In this particular case , I want to remove fake experience. Is it possible?

I am currently working in investment banking company , don't know they checked my credit score or not but I have lots delayed emis more than 50+ because of Covid but my is current score is 700+ but i have cleared all the loans and whatever is pending i m paying on time , so in future will that impact getting job in investment banking or banking because I have no options to go back and change the payment history please mam help in this and guide me ... please please i m in depression after thinking about this think , i mba finance i have no option than working in finance sector .. please reply
