Definitely easier to understand while I'm watching you explain vs. sitting at the table trying to keep emotion from clouding my judgement. That's where the study and experience come into play I believe. Maybe you've covered this before, but thoughts on post flop after a BB defend and/or 3-bet vs. CO/Button open? Variety of situations to choose from...say A5s or 44-88 as examples?
You're exactly right about study and how it comes into play. As for your follow-up, are you looking at that spot from the defender or aggressor's point of view?
Originally was thinking as from the BB (as OOP is a bit more of a challenge for me) but now that you bring it up how the CO/Button would play after a BB 3-Bet would be good too. Same type of hands on a variety of flops vs. typical archetype players.@@ThePokerBank
I actually like QJ but good video, makes sense, explains a lot. Folding QJ off can be hard though on looser tables not going to lie but it does get beat by a lot, anything 3 betting, AQ, KQ, hell even KJ, only thing it seems to actually beat is J10/J9 or Q10
I just lost a MASSIVE pot in today's tourney. I had Q,Js and some bastard who had less chips than me made me fold on an ace high board. He showed Q,10 ..... 🤬

@@300lbcanary2 I can add it to my list of topics to possibly explore, for sure!
Me, rarely watching a sweeny video in the morning… “good morning to you too James!”
It's never a bad time of day to say "good morning" =)

Cheers Jason!
not sure if I have said it before, but the cards you use for your "graphics" are beautiful
Thank you! Do you mean the deck used in the videos, or the one in the thumbnails?
@@ThePokerBank the deck in the video.
@@ekw555 Yeah, the Sirius B decks are superb!
went all in pre flop with QJ hearts in a big tournament. Got smoked by aces. Lesson learned.
It's a good lesson to learn early =)
Great video.
Thank you!

Sucks to be outplayed. Good thing we have videos like this to get us better!
It's tough to call down with Queen-high =)
Am I the only one that has to slow down the play back speed on your videos! 😅
You are not, lol
Just fold it preflop. Save yourself.
What in the world is that horrible background noise???🙉🙉🙉
A mistake in the audio editing process =(
