Tip: to dodge a radar missile you just need to fly as low to the ground as possible, then the missiles will just fly into the ground and not into your plane
You also have to maneuver* otherwise faggies spamming F-14's and MiG-29 can still hit

You can dodge an aim-7 high alt you just gotta pull into then missile in a left turn and then pull right down really fast

I love how basically every death within the first minute of the video could have been prevented by simply hugging the deck
I don’t even play top tier and I know you have to cut off after burner when deploying flares. Russian engines run hot so flaring is redundant if you don’t cut throttle.
Honestly don't know why people refuse to throttle down as even on the planes without flares throttling down and pulling a high G maneuver is far more effective then the maneuver alone.
Especially the yak141 with its blistering hot 1700 Fahrenheit engine
He also Flys way to high so ofc he will get hit by a radar missile

I just can’t understand why does everyone research flares first if it gives you nothing but chaffs, but if you’re not a satellite like tomcat it is literally useless cause you will never fly higher than 100m(of course if you’re not bot on f4s or tornado)
I mean chaff is ok as it can disrupt early mirage and f4e tracking

When the radar-guided missiles come, fly as low as you can. You're flying too high, it's unnecessary. Push the plane to its limits, this is what the game wants from you

And if you are far enough away simply notching works, or you can notch and maneuver down or upwards while notching all at once, and using ocassional chaff

Yo Fr, he sees a radar missile, he just flares, no evasive manoeuvres, no diving to floor level, no hiding behind mountains, just flares, honestly stupid, he should’ve stayed at ground level anyway, it’s a simple way to evade radar missiles, everyone in top tier should know that

how do you get auto beside you cannon hud indicator

im about to unlock yak141, not looking forward to the top tier stock grind 😬
It's not that bad trust me, jsut fly low and boom and zoom with gunpods and R60's (utilize ATA CCIP, simply radar lock the enemy and you'll get a ccip indicator within like half a mile) until you unlock the r27 then its smooth sailing until you get the r27ER and T, which is where it gets really fun

Air “realistic” battles are becoming more arcade now :/ we need like better mode with like missions and stuff, sort of how simulator mode is down but just try simplifying it
Well if you got the r27r its an ez live compared to other top tier jets. And when you have the r27er you kinda cheat.
Well, if you’re dying from any SARHM it is even more skill issue than die from r-60m/r-73 or aim-9L(last one at least sometimes ignores flares as well as r-73 but only if it’s closer than 600-800m)
What is the button to lock onto the missile's POV?
i think by default it is U but if you go into the "camera" control menu you can change it if its not
