@@redbrrdz7423 if I lived in the St. Louis area, I’d be there, even the way this year has gone. It has been frustrating, but I’ve always stuck with them through good times & tough times. I’m a lifelong Cardinals fan from the 1960’s from NC
It sucks that Matz has to miss 3 starts (15 day Injury List) !! Because Zack Thompson would have been a perfect fit to take Wainwright's place Thursday night (assuming the Cardinals can continue their streak tomorrow night with Libertore) . But INSTEAD... Thompson will be filling in for Matz . Now we have no choice but to let Wainwright pitch. UGH. I was hoping for one final PUSH by the Cardinals.... especially while Milwaukee has to play 3 games against the HOT Dodgers (starting tonight...which they Lost) and then followed by 3 games against the HOT Rangers !
A STATEMENT VICTORY !!!!! Folks, it's NOT SURPRISING that Manager of the Year Oliver Jose Marmol and his St. Louis Cardinals (the GREATEST team in the league) have been the HOTTEST since the All-Star Break. The squad finishes 96-66, TAKES the NL Central, MAKES the postseason once again and in two/three months (depending on when the games are in October/November), HOISTS that TWELFTH World Series trophy! I had CHILLS all over during that bottom of the first inning! First, Paul Edward Goldschmidt, the 35-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, gets the offense rolling by BASHING an RBI double to center field, driving in Lars Taylor-Tatsuji Nootbaar. Then, Nolan James Arenado, the 32-year-old from Newport Beach, California, DEMOLISHES a ball to left field, bringing in Goldy! Finally, Rookie of the Year Award winner Jordan Alexander Walker, the 21-year-old from Stone Mountain, Georgia, OBLITERATES a bomb to left center field. OH MY GOODNESS co-Most Valuable Players of the League, third baseman Nolan James Arenado and first baseman Paul Edward Goldschmidt! Teaming up for a GODLY #SCTOP10 play in the top of the fourth inning. That SHOWS the STL is not only the best offensively, but defensively, too! Andrew Robert Knizner, our TRUE catcher! In the bottom of the fourth inning, the 28-year-old from Glen Allen, Virginia RIPS an RBI double to left field, sending Jordan Alexander Walker to the plate. An OUTSTANDING double play in the top of the eighth inning, as shortstop Thomas Hyunsu Edman FIRED to second baseman Taylor Davis Motter who then HURLED to first baseman Paul Edward Goldschmidt! In the bottom of the eighth inning, SUPERSTAR Thomas Hyunsu Edman, the 28-year-old from Pontiac, Michigan, LAUNCHES A NUKE to right center field! Peeps, CHEER LOUD AND PROUD for Dakota Ryan Hudson. The 28-year-old from Dunlap, Tennessee with the Cy Young Award-esque performance tonight! HATS OFF to Drew Edward VerHagen, John Edward King and Joseph Abel "Jojo" Romero, all part of the best bullpen in the league, for the JAW-DROPPING defense. TIME TO FLY !!!!!!! #12in23
@RyanLee-ho9ht mitts doesn't like contreras. He completely ignores the fact that he left the cubs and always wanted to be a Cardinals. He doesn't like to simp for him by stating his full name, age and place of birth yet he still likes to say that the cardinals will definitely win an unrealistic win streak to get above .500 and we'll definitely win our 12th world series title every year
Boy, those HRs really expose the empty seats at Busch. Have not seen it like that in many years.
Best fair weather fans in baseball
Probably still more people in the seats than Tampa on a good day. Tampa & the Marlins just don’t draw fans.
still 34,000 tickets sold!!!! thats very good.
Still sold 34,000 on a Tuesday night

The offense is rolling right now and Dakota had a nice outing as well! Nice win by the Redbirds......but it was still the lowly A's.
They were lots better when it was Yadier Molinas team.
That Tony Kemp play was great!

What do you think about Contreras?
Jus so I don’t feel bad do you have autism or sum?
