No govt servant is afraid of either vigilance or Govt .As they think that they have got jobs not on the mercy of either GOVT or ministers or Public rather than they have got jobs on the basis of their merits, intelligence, knowledge, skills,, superior brain etc just to enjoy life like public boss not servant .Main thing is there is no chance of loosing jobs on the basis of poor knowledge, skills, performance, efficiency etc once they enter govt jobs
