Those words coming from a practically a baby also stood out for me. He is so little, and already a big brother. This was such a strong phrase, that encapsulated this little boy’s kind of view on what being a big brother is all about. He is holding the fortress, covers his little brother’s back and comes to the rescue when facing physical dangers and even a possibility of a little embarrassment for him. I hope this never changes for the two of them, and his baby brother will grow up with the same way of treating his big brother.. growing who they both are and how they treat each other can make them very successful as brothers. Even as students and future professionals. Knowing this security, that your brother always got your back allows a person fearing less in life. They are less anxious about exploring and learning something new. Less afraid of making a mistake - therefore apt to trying more and risking more as they grow and learn about the world. And no one can ever replace the kind of closeness they will always have. They will always love each other unconditionally - and this is the best kind of love ever! Wishing those two little boys all the best in life, awesome health, great luck and all their dreams come true! And I take my hat off for their parents! Whatever they are doing, looks like they are not only doing “this” right in the way of parenting. But also their parents must be really good people - individually and as a couple. Thank you for raising such wonderful children!
@Brandon Sutton You're right. The little guy said it fine. It was still cute that his older brother repeated it - I guess I enjoyed seeing him enjoying his "big brother" role. "He didn't know how to be a dog", is something you hear all the time, in the rescue community. And particularly mill rescues, who haven't only been neglected in terms of food, and vet care, but in socializing. You did a wonderful thing. I always tell our friends here in NYC - adopt, foster, advocate for better anti-puppy mill laws, yell your heads off when perps of animal abuse are discovered, and rescue. That's the way to go.. Cute doggy, BTW. :-))

We lost our most loved Airedale Henry a month ago. We’ve been crying every day since his death, and this video has made us realize we’ve made the right choice by bringing another Airedale pup into our home. They’re the most amazing dogs. Fearless though not aggressive, playful, mischievous, intelligent and loyal. The best of friends and delightful companions.
This is such a bittersweet story. It broke my heart that TALISKER passed away then OBEN too! You got LADDIE at the Perfect time. Thank you for sharing your Family's love for Airedales.May LADDIE live a long, healthy and happy life.
Beautiful story! Looks like a family that put a lot of thought and care into their choice. I’m so, so sorry for the loss of both your dogs. They don’t live long enough but love so much.
People who doesn’t love dogs (animals) and flowers, they are evil! And I don’t want people like them around me! Thank you so much to everyone who saves beautiful souls like this ❤️❤️🐶🐶
Thank you for sharing your wonderful story. Since I work very long days I cannot, in good conscience, have a dog right now. But, when I retire, in a few years, an Airedale will be by my side once again. Growing up my family had three Airedales. They are an amazing dog breed. Cheers.
I've owned 3 Airedales and all 3 were wonderful dogs each with a unique personality. Unfortunately My last one past this last August. It's good to see people rescuing any dog and providing a caring loving home. In New England we rarely have any rescues for Airedales. I'm happy for your family and your new dog.
I love people that love and care for and about animals, they are precious and deserve all that is good and positive. 💖 Teaching children in schools about loving and caring for animals should become one of the curriculums. Time for law's to be made to make puppy farm's and dog fighting etc etc etc etc illegal and close them one after the other. How sick the human race has become, I truly cannot find the words to describe how I feel about animals being hurt/ abandoned and killed. Karma a zillion times to those who harm animals.
I have an Airedale mix that we adopted from the pound, she’s 10 months old and soon after having her home for a few days I noticed she sits and walks walks funny. Her hip pops all the time and the sad thing is I’m certain she’s in pain. You would never no this from how happy she always is. She is the sweetest dog ever and loves her rescued sister. I wish I could afford to take her to the vet and get her hips and or back legs fixed. Perhaps one day I can take her because she is so worth it. Best puppy ever!
that’s actually a characteristic of Airedales. They originally where used in wars, so they naturally are very tough. So once they do show pain (mostly vocal) and similar symptoms, it is actually really serious
Please do try raising funds to get her to the vet. Sometimes you can arrange with the clinic to pay in installments for her treatment. Or go to your nearest animal rescue shelter for medical help. Don't leave the animal suffering in pain. Please try & do something to get her the help she needs.
I certainly love TART! We adopted an 8 yr old boy from them several years ago. We lost him in May 2021 at 13 yrs old. We miss that gentle and kind old man. We just filled out adoption papers to adopt another Dale. We adopted a 2-3yr old female Belgian Tervuren in September 2020 and she really misses her buddy. This is such a beautiful story! Dogs need families, yards and exercise and it looks like they get it in their home!
We also have a beautiful Airedale named Talisker also Tally for short. There is nothing like an Airedale. We also have a very old Airedale named Pippa. Good luck with you beautiful new pup.
This made me cry. I have shared my life with 3 Airedales, two have passed and my Angus is now 10. I know I don't have much more time with him and would love to get another Airedale. But it is just me now and I think they are a two person dog, so much work, so much love. Thank you for sharing your journey with your 'dales. They are the best.
I found out after the fact that my Border Collie was inbred. The owners were breeding this poor brother and sister dog over and over! I felt so bad! But even though my Rocky was crazy and OVERLY hyper, he was the sweetest most loving boy!
@G F this happened about 17 years ago and we first made sure all of the puppies were adopted as my Mother In Law kept in touch with them because she told them she would take Mommy Dog (that was the Momma's name) if they wanted to give her away because supposedly they weren't going to breed her anymore for some reason or another. And not maybe 2 weeks after we adopted our Rocky my Mother In Law got the call that Mommy Dog was the only one lefr and if she still wanted her she vould have her. So we reunited Mommy Dog with her baby and my Mother In Law, who was involved with the Humane Society and the SPCA at the time, contacted them to tell them what these so-called "breeders" were doing. Well let's just say that they will NEVER be able to have or breed ANY type of animal EVER again! We found out that they also had other types of animals they were breeding! They had a lot of land so my husband and Mother In Law weren't aware of the other animals. The Humane Society around here don't play with ANY kind of animal abuse!

I have 3 fur babies and I can not imagine my life with out them. Dogs are loving and wonderful creatures that deserve the best quality of life ever... I can not understand how ppl can be so heartless and cruel to them... They need to be taken care of, just like they take care and protect us. My fur babies bring out the best in me and they teach me on a day to day basis how to be a better person ...they give you that unconditional love like no other. Bless them !!! How I love 💕 them is beyond words, I tell them each and every day how much they mean to me and how much they are loved and they know it . They come to me each morning to say good morning mom with a kiss. How rewarding is that !! The love they give us they just want it in return...🙏❤️🙏

Definitely turning a loss of two dogs into a positive story, with a new adoption the dog will bring them good memories for a lifetime..
What an uplifting story. Driving cross-country to adopt a puppy. Love it.
What a cutie!! I’m so grateful for my Aussie ❤️❤️ ( Aussie x German )
Edit: 34 Likes?! Thanks guys! I wasn't meaning to get any :'D
Try to fund me.
Make a go fund me
that’s actually a characteristic of Airedales.
See these people are angels...
She is so cute 😍😍😍😍
Airdales are the sweetest dogs with children.
Airedale’s are the best!!!!!
You son is so adorable , I’ll speak for him! He’s excited!!! What a sweety, so innocent.
Airedale’s are the best dogs and so beautiful
The son is so precious and funny 😂
This channel is causing me to shed tears too often with these awesome beautiful folks and their stories.
Thank G-d for all of you. My heart is overflowing.
Animals are a gift to mankind
Thank you for love and kindness
Thank you, also, to Oban & Talisker who brought a lot of love to this family's life. May they never be forgotten.
She's adorable...💜💜
I certainly love TART! We adopted an 8 yr old boy from them several years ago. We lost him in May 2021 at 13 yrs old. We miss that gentle and kind old man. We just filled out adoption papers to adopt another Dale. We adopted a 2-3yr old female Belgian Tervuren in September 2020 and she really misses her buddy.
This is such a beautiful story! Dogs need families, yards and exercise and it looks like they get it in their home!
A minute in and I’m crying 😭❤️
Definitely the jackpot. For both side, all are winners.....♥️♥️♥️
The Humane Society around here don't play with ANY kind of animal abuse!
shannon w 4
shannon w that’s why you don’t buy off a breeder. They are SCUM!!
@@missyb9438 lesson learned! I will NEVER EVER do that again! I will adopt from a shelter and help a poor dog that desperately needs a home!
shannon w: you’re awesome Shannon! Keep speaking out against this cruel and inhumane trade.
What a beautiful man you are what a beautiful man you are you make me so happy when I saw this little soul getting adopted beautiful family your wife and your beautiful dogs God bless you all all I’m so happy about this adoption🐶♥️🐶♥️🐶♥️💋💋💋💋👌👌👌👌👌👌
I have the best Airedale fur baby!! I love him so much. Airedales are the best, so much personality
Omg I cried about 10 times watching this one, lol.
Mostly when the woman talked about losing their previous airedale, how she cried because she missed her dog so much. And then to see the man with so much love shining in his eyes when he met the new rescue pup. A wonderful loving couple & family.
I love the dodos
Love someone who’s willing to travel for a dog....
What a sad but beautiful story and I’m so glad this pup was able to send some time with your other dog before passing over 🌈 bridge. Thank you for sharing and I hope you have some lovely adventures together and many happy fond memories 💕🐾🐾💕
How I love 💕
them is beyond words, I tell them each and every day how much they mean to me and how much they
are loved and they know it . They come to me each morning
to say good morning mom with a kiss. How rewarding is that !!
The love they give us they just want it in return...🙏❤️🙏
OMG these people make me want cry 😢 and when the older dog past 😭
But still loved it.
I have two beautiful Airedales Judy and Grover. The best breed ever! They are intelligent, comical, loyal, entertaining, loving, trustworthy and kind. I'll never live without one!
Merveilleuse famille 💖💖💖
Laddie has family and a forever home ! Congrats Laddie ! So sorry for your loss, Oban ! You go girl create memories ! Live and love long ! Thanks for caring and sharing !!

Thank you great comment
Laddie is gorgeous! I am so sorry for your loss not just once, but twice. I can only imagine that it is bittersweet because of Laddie. May she fill your hearts and home with happiness and joy for a long time.
Hello airedale friends. We have had an airedale. We lost her 3,5 years a go. At the age of 9. Her name was Lundi. Greetings from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱😀
Thank you for like my reaction!
I must say you have very lovely sons. No wonder you all love dogs. Good people!
What a nice family.
I wish ALL people were this kind to animals!!
I LOVE AIREDALES!!!!!!!!!!
Not only did they have one dog to pass but another 2 months after they got the puppy. That's so sad. You can definitely see the love they have for their dogs. They're not just dogs they are family. It's breaks my heart that they had to go thru 2 losses and one passed 2 months after getting the puppy. It was like perfect destiny ❤
I'm a very proud member and support of TART and it's truly amazing what this group of very dedicated volunteers do for this amazing breed!
I have an 11 month old Airedale Terrier named Sir Winston, he is one if the best dogs I have ever had! He’s very laid back and a huge clown! He’s always making our family laugh!
Awesome
SO SORRY YOU LOST YOUR PUP.....he is watching and blessing your new one.....it's the right thing....best wishes and love....
Aww. What a beautiful family. Good for you guys for caring. And I’m sorry for you losing your puppy. I know it hurts. But you will see him again. And in the meantime you have a beautiful family and looks like some more memories are gonna be made. God bless you all
So sorry to lose your two, older dogs - heartbreaking...
Your family is gorgeous; your two boys and wife are so good looking and sweet.
Love your family - here's to happy memories.
Aww her hopping. The first official day I got my dog she hopped in the tall grass (it was taller than her) and she looked like a bunny and now her nickname is bunny. She answers to her name and “bunny”. It is such a cute sight to see.
