This is my favorite trick for nail polish too! Put down a couple thin layers of black, then a wide, vertical stripe of a shimmery color. From far away it looks iridescent!

If it helps change your mind, a red lip can really make your teeth pop white, kind of like how eye drops brighten the whites of your eyes. There’s also little brush style pens that you literally “paint” your teeth with to whiten them for the day. I forget what they’re called but I saw a girl with similar feelings to yours demonstrating how she uses it after being asked how she got her teeth looking so good. I was very surprised at the results and thought it was such a simple but impactful thing for her-totally changed her mood. Don’t give up on red lips tho like they are a STATEMENT that everyone deserves to experience!!
Anyone can wear red lipstick! You just have to make sure the red goes well with your complexion. And once you find your perfect one, it can actually help your teeth look whiter and highlight your features in a good way!!
