I did this for cardboard while working at home Depot in college. This isn't some rare form of technology.
im doing this before im pressing a sack after doing it its sounds like a hard metal the sack i press ... pressing machine is a great machine

These bottles aren't recycled in the traditional way. They transported to a plant that shred then mix with Tar so they can be put into Asphalt basically they making pollution problem much worse.

bravo for recycling. not so long ago people used glass packaging for anything and everything that is more environmentally friendly and much more painful for human health. if I were to wonder I would ban as many plastic products as possible.
It really becaome a problem in theearly 2000s when single use water bottles became predominant and drinking fountains/water stations became obsolete.

For those who wondering why caps aren't removed?
The compacted plastic is easier to transport to be mixed with tar and asphalt for road constructions.
And sometimes used in landfills.

caps and labels are different plastic so it should be treated differently, it's clearly this is just wast of time and energy because the final product is soft and instable due the mix

how much more money they could make if the bottles will be seperated by color. and have the caps separate. But at least something like that is better than just having empty bottles all over the place and polluting.
In Moscow, in Russia, in our prk, we have - furniture -, benches and tables, that is being made from SAND and melted plastic bottles. .hard like concrete, and it does not matter if there is - color - or different plastics being used.
Cooldrink companies are responsible for land , air , water pollution from these plastics

This isn’t really recycling! It just compacting. What people need to do is think of a way to reuse all these plastic or use less plastic. Glass should be re introduce again.
