I remember this scene with Mel and Kelly and I fully thought that Mel was going to hit on Kelly. I don’t know if it was just their chemistry or the actor that played Mel - but even watching now I get the creeps.
I remember having to fly back to the place we departed because there was something wrong with the plane. But I think I was too young to be scared about it! Also when we departed my mum actually said I hope we return one day. And then we did like half hour later! 🙈😂
One of the only times I could relate to Brenda. I hate flying. Doesn't stop me from traveling anywhere I want to go, I just have to really get in a mental space to do it. And I have epilepsy, so I can't drink or take any kind of drugs to knock me out as it's too dangerous and could cause me to have a seizure.
Both this episode and "Titanic" made me petrified of travelling on either planes or boats as a child, though thankfully, I eventually got over my phobia. 😁
That's true, Steve was likely the only one of the gang who more or less stayed the same, from beginning to end.
Look at the size of those seats, and that was when they'd already began shrinking them -- and that isle!
They were probably first class.
That's a studio.

He was dating a dental hygienist who is as young as Kelly-David, so yeah, it’s kind of weird at times seeing him with Kelly
I wouldn't have been surprised if Kelly went for it.
My dad was a pilot in the 90s and he confirmed this is true.
Would they really give that much info to the passengers in advance ?

Oh that sounds like a real challenge ! Glad you are still able to work through it !
For a second there, Kelly and Mel had a thing going.
