Give Next Presentation

Students in the Boltz Give Next program spent this school year learning about philanthropy. Give Next is a school-based youth grant-making program for middle and high school students in Larimer County and part of the Bohemian Foundation.
In the 2024 dinner presentation, the students awarded $1,650 to the Alliance for Suicide Prevention and $5,000 to 3 Hopeful Hearts, two Fort Collins non-profits.
Throughout the year, these students have learned about non-profits in the area, and have researched and interviewed several. Their focus was on mental health support for young adults in Larimer County.
At this presentation, Grey explained how they decided on these two organizations. A huge thank you to our donors, Steve and Leslie Taylor, who contributed $5,000 as well as provided dinner (Comet Chicken and to Crumbl Cookies); and to Alpine Bank for their $700 matching contribution!
