We're sorry you're having this issue. Please contact support by tapping the FAQ button. Tap the prompt that relates to your issue. Then tap the Email Support button at the bottom if your issue has not been solved. Please include screenshots or screen recordings of your problem.
Ok. I'm confused. Whenever I add pictures to my project, it always slowly zooms in or zoom out. I want it to stay the same size and I want it to covour the whole page
After you import an image, tap the image on the timeline. Then, tap cropping. Set the top image to the view that you want, then tap the equals button. The image will remain in that position for the duration of the clip. You can learn more about cropping here: ruclips.net/video/9AwXxxjYczY/видео.html
KineMaster 5.0 helps subtitling a lot by placing layers into tracks on the timeline, so you can edit by track instead of each individual layer if needed! This should help your subtitling efforts, I'll check in with the development team to make sure font size is something that can be edited at the track level.
Create one text layer with all of the settings the way that you want. Then tap the three dots in the Action Bar (on the left side of the screen) and choose Duplicate. Move the duplicate text layer to the next position on the timeline, tap to select it, then tap the keyboard icon at the top. Enter new text.
This totally helped I wanted to try this app when my sibling first staring using it but I'm a procrastinator so...but yeah she taught herself and here I am now learning 😂but this helps You have the same phone as me ...Was very eager to see your video😂
When I'm editing, the video restarts and forces me to sit through the video and I'm unable to FF or rewind back, this usually happens when I make changes music/audio, or layers
Hello! Could you please contact support and explain this issue in detail? They may not be able to help right away, but a detailed list of this behavior will really help us to make future versions more stable! Thank you! (KineMaster Main Screen > Help > Email Support)
To make your audio fade, please use our Volume Envelope tool. Tap your audio or video clip, then scroll and tap Volume Envelope. Scroll through the timeline and tap the add envelope point button (it looks like a circle with a plus sign) or minus envelope point button (it looks like a circle with a minus sign) to create the time period you'd like your audio to fade in or out over. Use the arrow buttons to navigate between your envelope points, and tap and drag the percentage slider to change the level of your audio. To learn more, please visit our RUclips channel ruclips.net/user/kinemaster. You can learn tips, tricks, and watch lots of tutorials there. This is definitely the best editing app. My only issue is the 2 black bars that appear on either side of my video regardless of which aspect ratio I select. It's ruining my whole experience. How do I fix the aspect ratio to be full screen?
There are a few ways to fix this issue. 1. Please tap settings in your KineMaster main menu (it looks like a gear or wheel) and scroll down and tap on "Default Pan & Zoom Mode for a Photo Clip." Tap on "Fill Screen." This should cause all future images to be imported into into your KineMaster projects filling the screen. 2. If your media is on the Primary Timeline, you can control the cropping by selecting the image (tap it so that it has the yellow highlight around it) then tap Pan & Zoom. There are two images in the cropping panel. The top one shows the first frame of your video, the bottom shows the last. Tap on the top image and then double-tap on the Preview (where you can see the large image, to the left). Double-tapping in the Preview goes back and forth between fit-to-screen and fill-screen. You can also use a two finger spread or pinch to zoom in and out. Use a one finger drag to move the image around. Tap the equals button to make the first and last frame the same (stops pan and zoom). Finally, tap the checkmark in the top right to exit the Cropping option panel. 3. If your media is a layer, you can pinch and spread with your fingers to resize it manually, or tap the Split Screen button. (It looks like a rectangle with a dashed line through the middle) Then tap the fully grey rectangle. Your layer will be automatically resized to fit the screen perfectly! 4. You may be choosing the wrong aspect ratio for the media you're trying to edit. Please consider using 16:9 for landscape media, 9:16 for portrait media and so on. Thank you!

Hello! Could you please go to your iPhone Settings and make sure that KineMaster has permission to see your images and videos? Also on iPhone, all media has to be in the KineMaster Internal folder (accessible via file sharing in iTunes on your computer) or the Photos App. Could you please check that for me and let me know? Thank you!
Hello. KineMaster only exports to your device's internal storage. However, once you have exported your video you're welcome to copy it to an SD card. We hope this helps!

What is difference between a HANDWRITING option and TEXT option ?
Handwriting lets you draw on the screen, Text layers let you type on different fonts!
Thank you this was very helpful
Thank you for watching!
Maybe for later, but how do you adjust or lock font size. Not being able to do this means consistency across subtitles or text blocks is impossible.
KineMaster 5.0 helps subtitling a lot by placing layers into tracks on the timeline, so you can edit by track instead of each individual layer if needed! This should help your subtitling efforts, I'll check in with the development team to make sure font size is something that can be edited at the track level.

Two questions: How can I Fade music in and out per audio clip and how can I zoom photos in and out? Thank you for your time.
