Beautiful home! Most laundry comes from bedrooms and bathrooms. I would like the laundry room to be close to those rooms. Also, at least 1 bedroom on ground floor in case a family member can not climb stairs at some point in their lives, also easier on a care taker to assist such a person. I am sure this home will be sold quickly.

It's absolutely exquisite in its architecture and decor. My only complaint is the lack of accessible upper cupboards in the kitchen, and lower cupboards for that matter. I'm sure there's a pantry but I still need accessibility of storage for everyday use. Great video too!

I explained that on my own house video. People declarer the home for the sale and put the extra stuff in the garage, closets and basements if they are unfinished. so it's usually a mess and would take away from the rest of the video. BTW, thanks for the kind words and support.
