Please note that Garre's Osteomyelitis is a non suppurative osteomyelitis and there is no pus collection in Garres Osteomyelitis. The word "pus" has been used instead of "inflammatory exudate" while explanation during end of the video. Please ignore that.

Because the bone is not that porous as in the maxilla so blood supply is less ..as and good blood supply is required for healing...as the blood supply is less..and if other contributing factors are there..there are more chances that necrosis of bone occurs in that region as it's devoid of good blood supply..this is an explanation to make you understand..il share some article link in the eve for quoting in exams..
