Misbehave by Store Manager at Reliance Smart,Gulmohar Plaza, Virar W.

On 9th Jan'2023, I went to Realiance Fresh at Virar W, Gulmohar, Near Old Viva college, I saw a deal which has 2 offers. I checked with a staff(Ankita) and she confirmed that Buy2 Get 1 free offer is applicable on the Biscuits. I also confirmed if there is any restriction on count of product. Ankita confirmed that there is no restriction as such. I double checked with her to avoid any dispute later on and she confirmed the same. I told her that I am a feeder and feed street dogs on a daily basis so I am planning to buy 6 packets which will result in 9 packets with the offer( Buy2, Get 1 Free) to which she politely and confidently confirmed that I can buy it as there is no such restriction. So I picked 9 packets and went for billing. Billing staff also didn't show any concern apart from a different offer which was costing me Rs. 150 more. I asked for a manager and some other staff took almost 10 min but there was no one. So I decided to visit the manager myself. I went to the cabin and asked for a manager. A person was sitting in a room without any Id card. When I asked about the manager, he said he is the manager. I explained to him everything after which he called his staff Ankita and started scolding her in front of me about not being aware of the policies. She was feeling so embarassed and it was ofcourse humiliating an employee. When I asked him if he was really a manager and asked him to show his Id card, He said his His name is Rahul Purohit and he doesn't carry his Id card to work. And started accusing me of picking the wrong offer. I check with Billing counter too and there was no such restriction on 9 packets (6+3). He started accusing me of being a businessman and started misbehaving even after me telling him that I have opted for this offer as I am an animal feeder and this deal suits me. I was not asking for charity and I was bluntly denied even after it was their mistake. when I went to the billing counter I was surprised to see the photo of store manager. it was the same person who was sitting with previous so called fake manager in the same cabin beside him. And he didn't utter a word. When I asked to speak to the original manager, finally he came and u can see in the video how unprofessional he was when I asked him why he was silent when other guy was pretending to be a manager in front of him and what kind of fraud is going on. This animal Hater manager Rahul Purohit blamed me of being a businessman. How big business Empire I can build with 9 packets of biscuits. First He told me that he will give me 6 packets and after that he said no more than 4 packets. And this was so unprofessional. He also asked me to do whatever I can as if he is least bothered about his job and name of Reliance. I came to know about the name of fake manager as Swapnil. Finally I had to get back empty hand as I was fed up of their unprofessional behaviour and was scared of getting thrashed by them. I have escalated it through mail, Twitter, customer care call but got no satisfactory response yet. No one was ready to tell me the quantity that is considered as bulk which Mr. Rahul Purohit was claiming. If 4 or more packets are considered as bulk, what's the use of the Buy 2 get 1 offer? I also asked Rahul Purohit to let me speak to his reporting manager but he very bluntly denied saying I will get a call which till now I didn't. I also asked for customer visibility and transparency, where it is mentioned that 9 packets(Buy 6+ 3 free) are considered as bulk but that is also denied and not made available to me. For me, It seems like reliance staffs are doing some kind of fraud and treating customers in a way to satisfy their ego. This experience was extremely dissatisfactory and disappointing.
The Store manager Rahul Purohit at Reliance Fresh misbehaved along with fake manager Swapnil when highlighted about wrong pricing. please avoid that store and opt for D-Mart as reliance doesn't care about their customers.
