He unprofessionally aired his grievances on a public platform to possibly give him more leverage and to defame her business character, then he tried to check Kandi on camera. She isn’t obliged to be polite when an employee who has accepted her money disrespects her. And when it really comes down to it, Kandi is still sitting on a plush empire while he’ll forever be known as a messy worker struggling to get work after burning bridges with someone who would have been a great reference.

She most definitely would've gave him a great reference for other jobs if he had acted accordingly. I don't think this was about pay or job duties or even that he was let go. Even if it was what grounds would she have for suit. In others words, how did calling her "fake" affect her business.
