Hiii Ircc banned my husband for misrepresenting bank statements. Whereas we did not misrepresent anything. It was a joint account with HDFC bank and I still did not understand why they are calling it fraudulent. What could be the grounds of calling bank statements fraudulent when we actually got those stamments from the bank itself?
