This video makes me sad. I live in a flyover state. The best we have is Kohls, JCP and Macy's. No access to places I can go and be inspired. So I binge YT and drool over all the amazing finds. Then I get on all these sites and am overwhelmed. Then goes back to Target. Rinse. Repeat. 😂I love the cost of living but living in the Midwest blows.

Lol! You have some of the most entertaining one liners. Go get yourself a pair of Dr. Marten’s as an all weather boot. They are murder to break in and there are videos on break in hacks. I was able to wear mine on a trip to London walked all day in the rain ad they did great. BTW I went up a half size and bought some extra thick special socks for them. They are now my go to winter travel boot that I wear on “da plane”.
Yes love my docs I have 2, a suede pink marble effect pair soft so easy to wear and the leather volcano.. soo versatile
Shoes have always been my vice but one tip for the smaller calf calf I use hair scrunchie to keep the boot up

Timberlands are sooooo uncomfortable. No cushion at all I think that’s why the guys started wearing Nike boots in dc anyways - and I bought some years ago they feel so good. Working on my collection as well and just brought home some Bottega atomic pumps 😍. Favorites were the Attico boots and the balenciaga knife pumps! I almost bought the the floral spandex top from that collection and didn’t l…all now I haven’t forgiven myself

Girl! I always enjoy when you share your shoe collection! I have the BV Mostra ('stilt") booties, also- STUNNING! I thought they were the ugliest, for over a year, until last month! Lol!! I haven't worn them, yet- need to practice around the house! Lol! I thought I got a deal, but you! You got a bargain; what a beautiful price!! I'm like you, many I purchase on sale; however, due to my 11/12 foot I do purchase a nice amount at full price because I know the size won't be available when on sale. I know YOU know that buyers only purchase a few in that size and they sell so fast!
Your LV boots are the first model, of that style, that I like- don't care for the multicolored, your model is far more classic. The BV Bloc (platform) booties are lovely in the cream- I have a couple of them, w/o the platform (couldn't find my size).

love your take on the painted tabi! i believe margiela used white paint for the collection after the tabi debut because he didn't have enough money for new/different fabrics + materials. then the white crackled paint became a signifier of the house :)
Normally I only like 50% of the shoes in collection videos but I have to say I loved every pair. Really cool style and it’s refreshing to see more alternatives pieces 🩶🩶 Had to follow after this!

Hi Carolyn im in the uk so we don't get the snow like we used to when I was a kid but i can take any boot to my cobbler and get a rubber weatherproof sole put on to make them non slip you dont get the thermal layer that you would with sheepskin lining but at least you look good and aint slipping around ❤

Thank you for the video. I have the Prada Monolith combat boots too and I also stopped wearing the nylon bags. They look cute on, but I don’t feel like putting them on. I bought mine in 2021. I love your Dries Van Noten animal print boots and the black Rick Owens boots. I love the heel on those boots.
