bro my rdrfr mod is not working when i open the rage hook its not open the game and after some error is showing
What mod did you use to get Arthur into blackwater and new Austin?
This is a 100% save game file so I used rampage trainer to switch back to Arthur and then teleported to locations using rampage trainer as well

Yep most can only be used in vulkan mode
