I don't believe any of those cars should have been parked over there to begin with. There should have been a temporary restriction at that golf course. It should have been closed to the general public, and only certain people be allowed there.

Exactly. Trump has three golf courses in the general area. If he wanted to play a round of golf, it could have been any one of these. But this guy knew Trump was going to be at this course.
