Please don't feel you need to either speed up the playback of you videos or talk quickly. A natural pace is much more enjoyable. Life is not so short that something worthwhile needs to be rushed (To be honest I can't stand being rushed !! :)
I disagree. I immediately liked his quick pace from the beginning. So many tutorials drag on and on. The amount of info I gained in 6 minutes instead of 10 or more was gold!
I agree with Ric Mann about your video speed. If you actually speed it up just a little bit more, the content will become one big long word. Then no-one will understand.

You can use the "Easy Updates Manager" plugin. I use it and I'm highly satisfied!!
