Cypress grass or Umbrella grass... A mature shoot before it gets totally dry... Cut grass leaves with six inch stem and Burry the leafy portion into wet soil... And do not allow the soil to get dry & with in 15 - 20 days new shoots & roots grows.... OR else immerse the leafy portion into water & similarly the roots & shoots emerge.... Then transfer to pot but Cypress grows easily in water so water the pots regularly.... Enjoy the Cypress or umbrella grass..... Dr. P. H. Iyer....
