I’ve gotten compliments on the Classic Match version of DN, with better sillage, & projection imo..I think the longevity is about the same on both atleast on my skin. Can’t beat the $8 price tag at Walmart..Thanks for the review. 🙏🏼.
I smelt the modern drakkar and it smells just as I remember. My dad wore drakkar. I have vintage drakkar and though the top is stale the new one has the fresher multi facet top. They are the same. Drakkar noir for me is the perfect night time motor cylcl ride date scent. It smells nice guy but sexy girls like it scent for me. Best at night though for me has a fresh but leathery lavender fur leather scent. And a little soapy. Yeah. Great reviews.
They banned a lot of ingredients for frags. That is the main problem, but most frags still smell the same--you're right. Again, correct, the performance is the only downfall. Great review! Clones rule👍👍👍.
I don't know Belcam Drakkar but Drakkar Noir reformulated EDT version really sucks: PROJECTION: 1/10. The initial projection is moderate but it drops quickly to low. About 1 foot around the wearer. SILLAGE: 1/10. Low, about 1 foot behind the wearer, almost none. APPLICATION: Six or more atomizations. Drakkar Noir is a short-live fragrance, spraying clothes seems a necessity to maintain projection and longevity. LONGEVITY: 3/10. Low, about three hours. Drakkar Noir loses power very rapidly.

Recently bought Paco Rabanne pour homme and Quorum at a local discounter here in Switzerland. Great memories. 👍 Now the same discounter also got some D. Noir in as well. Never used it in the eighties. K. Lagerfeld was my favorite back then. But I'm thinking I'll regret if I dont pick it up. Thanks for the review. Wish we had a WALMART here.
Yup, anybody from from that general area sticks out to me so clearly, in a good way. Lived in RI for years and worked near Boston. Decent people, but not the same. Red Sox fans you know. Ha ha. I miss bagels, good pastrami , Hebrew National hot dogs and real diners. 😢 Smell good and be safe.
I'm gonna go get a bottle of that classic match Drakkar. Is it actually an Eau de toilette? Or a cologne. The price is amazing for these belcams. I've purchased the both of thier aqua de good, and the Hugo in the past. Very impressed to say the least. Now I'm really wanting to buy more old school scents like Eternity and Drakkar (belcam versions).
I've been highly impressed by Belcam's colognes overall, but this just didn't seem to have enough projection or longevity. I think people are better off going for the Al-Rehab Dakar.

Strange enough, I purchased the Belcam version when it first came out and what a beast. Projected for hours and I got noticed all day at work. I got the same Belcam a few weeks ago and people around me can hardly smell anything. I think these cheap clones are also being reformulated and watered down What a bummer. Everything is watered down. Time to stop buying cologne

Got a bottle of the belcam Drakkar today. It's amazing. These belcam juices are awesome.
I think the Belcam version smells more like the vintage Drakkar.

That Classic Match is the late 80's early 90s version. I am so impressed by it. I wish theyd nailed the 85 Cosmair Polo Green....

Drakkar is EDT, It's good, lasts long, it smells like the older Drakkar, not like the newer formula, not as sporty.

Belcam is nice but drakkar is better. Drakkar smells the same as it did in the 80's but doesn't seem as concentrated as it used to be.
