I finally saw another one out in the wild the other day. It was the first one other than my own that I've seen. It's a gem and it's super rare which I think is awesome. I've know about these cars for about 3 months, and have owned mine for just under 1 month. So in all that time, I've only seen ONE other one and that was just this past weekend.

I’ve seen maybe a total of 5 on the road and I’ve owned mine for almost a full year. They are rare to see still.

Here down in Australia I get lots of compliments everywhere we go. Even have had people waiving at me to rev it up in traffic. I could go on and on on the positives but I think the most important thing that keeps being missed is AVAILABILITY. Down here we didn’t have to deal with dealer markups and which was amazing. The fact that people can have this level of a car without paying $30k in dealer markups is huge. I stand on that.
    Great video 🙌🙏

I agree. What a great little sports car Hyundai made! I've only had mine for a week. Today, I took it to the North Georgia mountains to find some fun roads and test out the handling. OMG! This car is a beast on these mountain roads! I've had a lot of cars over the years, a corvette, a 944 turbo s, etc. This car was easily the most fun and best handling car I ever drove through these mountains. It begs you to push it, and the DCT transmission is so, so good. I had a blast in it! My only complaint after spending 6 hours driving around all over the place is that the seats did start to feel a little uncomfortable to me towards the end of the day. It could just be my body type and my age, though. 😄
But what a great corner carving machine it is...and plenty of power too!

Solid video. It really is amazing how many people that ask about it. I have had fast food workers tell me they love it. Have been at the shops and caught people looking over it wondering what it is.

Even though I've never driven the EN, The fact that it has 7 different individual custom modes is phenomenal. Generally, cars with that level of performance adjustability are probably triple the price of the EN.
Having 2-3 different levels of aggression for the engine, trans, dampers, steering, exhaust, ESC, and LSD is on par with cars like the new M4 comp or CT5 V Blackwing.
The ability customize all of those settings to my girlfriend's specific liking, and then programming it into one of the 2 blue N buttons on the steering wheel is fantastic.
I'd probably initially set it up for her with the steering, dampers, ESC and LSD in the least aggressive setting, The exhaust in sport, and the Engine and DCT in full race.
And then ask her if she could change anything about the way the car drives what would it be?
If she tells me that the exhaust is too loud and the steering feels way too light, then BOOM... Switch her preset exhaust to normal, and the steering into sport.
And program that set up into that N button on the steering wheel, So whenever she gets in the car after I've been driving it, she just pushes the N button and away she goes.
I know I've written a lot, But I can't stress enough how the real world application of the versatility I just mentioned appeals to me and mine.
    Enjoy the car bro!!

I definitely agree with all the points you made. The dual personality is the best. I'll drive to work in eco mode bumping some music but when I get stopped at a light and I'm the first car I cant help but turn the music down, put it in N mode and punch it. Once I get a good giggle I can just put right back in eco.
Sometimes I like to see just how high I can get the MPGs. My record is 39.2mpg on a 25 mile trip. Mostly highway doing the speed limit and coasting to stop lights from a half mile back lol.

For me, the eLSD, and the trunk cargo capacity. Weekly grocery shopping with a family of 4 is no issue, especially compared to the Nissan Murano SUV we had before.

I like the rear view camera. I know that may not be special, but it's way better than the one in the 2019 Sonata I came from. Trunk Space is nice. Really only thing I don't like about the car is that there aren't any rear cup holders. I also wish there was a way to get the car to start in ECO mode.

I have been wanting an Elantra N or Kona N for a long time... unfortunately, the roads in my city are verrrrrry slippery and driving a FWD car is not fun! Also, i am 194cm tall and am big..both cars are tiny 😢 the Trackhawk is killing me with the amount of fuel and maintenance it requires. I need another daily next to it😅

Awesome vid as usual. Would have to agree with the 2 faced side of these cars! Love it for that. Must say our seats here in Aus are more 'Premium' and comfortable but do eat a lot into rear leg space.

Thank you! Yes, as much as I dislike the seats at times because they’re so bolstered, being thinner does have a nice benefit of creating more rear legroom.

That is really strange if you’re not driving it 24/7 in N Mode and super heavy on the throttle. I’m curious though, are you basing it off of the car’s MPG gauge on the dash or are you calculating it on your own?
