I am an IT professional, but i am a newbie at coding. this vid taught me more in 11 minutes than i have learned in 10 hours of searches and tutorials!!! thanks a ton for this!
Dear Saravanan, Thanks for such a simple and nice explanation. Also, I have been trying to control servos using PCA9685. So far no luck. Existing firmware/codes are not supporting. When you get a chance could you please throw some light on it please (ESP32, PCA9685 & Micropython). Thanks Again
I faced issues in flasing my esp32 initially, but thanks to Saravanan sir for helping me out! You explained every step clearly, thank you so much sir :-)
thank you very much Mr. Saravanan , i use complex method on one website to flash the TTGO ESP32 using anacoda promot CMD and make file name (esptool-master2) and some modification on text file to change COM to right one i have , but your method is very easy
Good install instructions. One error for me was current Thornny 3.2.7 menu was changed a little. No big deal any one should see the difference. Good job, direct to the point.
Very helpful. Easier and more general than the command line approach in my opinion. I have my python and anaconda installed across different drives, so using pip was a bit of a nightmare with esptools. Your approach worked with no problems, and was super simple.
When you flash the REPL interpreter, where in flash does it put it... Versus, when you flash main py? Could the main script be uploaded outside of Thonny (just using a hyperterm)?
Nice listening to you teach. It's Firmware & not fimware. You've done a very good job & you speak so well. Keep it up. Are you in Chennai or elsewhere.
Hello Ahmed with respect I created a device control program for thonyide for esp32 devkit using station and access point modes. I send commands using the udp connection from the mobile application and I also control the devices every three seconds of the application using an api. I'm worried that after making it, when the device is used, there will be a problem in the program and it will not work properly. Is it possible to trust esp32 and micropython language and build a product with many customers?
Is MicroPython useful on ESP32 CAM? Plus, I understand that there is proprietary info that should not be disturbed, so erasing the Flash seems risky. Nice video!
flashing micropython is same as uploading an Arduino sketch. If u upload Arduino sketch after flashing micropython then u will have to flash micropython again simple. :)
i ve got such command, what is it?-%Run -c $EDITOR_CONTENT import machine led = machine.Pin(2, machine.Pin.OUT) led.on led.off or while True: led_pin.high() time.sleep(1) led_pin.low() time.sleep(1) AttributeError: 'Pin' object has no attribute 'high'-how to solve?
I also must say: I wish that I had found this tutorial first. Very concise!
