Great video! It actually looks like a lot of fun, and I'm excited to order these products and restore out sink. You mentioned that you would go back and wax the sink? What would that do/what is it for, and which product would you use?
The wax adds a layer of protection. Just like waxing your car, it will help it look nicer for a longer period of time. We offer a wax: sculptnouveau.com/collections/sealers/products/metal-wax
What would happen if you didn’t use any clear coat? Could you just use patina spray then neutralize and wax? I’m just leary of using a sealer in my kitchen sink. I just want to patina it quicker than waiting for it to naturally oxidize.
Overtime it will wear faster in comparison to if you used a clear coat but it will also be more susceptible to changes based on what gets on there since wax does not protect it as well as something like our Ever Clear. There is nothing wrong with just doing the patina and then waxing it though. You will just need to maintain the wax more often overtime in comparison.
This was the best method I've seen so far. thank you so much

I have a 32 inch wide copper vanity with sink that I carried home from the mfg in rural Mexico. I'd like to restore it.
