One thing for sure....I work for Housing in Alexandria - ALL VHDA housing must have been built at the same time lol. I been all over the state- from Winchester, to Alexandria & the whole NOVA, to Emporia and in between. They all look the same Mayne!! They also must have built all the projects in SW DC too. All these Jonts look the exact same lol. This could Be Hopkins Tancil in Alexandria, or Jackson Ward in Richmond.
There use to be high and mid rises in Norfolk and Newport News somewhat back before they made high and mid rises condemned in most of the country in the 70s/80s but mainly all pub housing looks the same across the east coast (disregard NYC)
