In that interview where Justin mentioned Billie Eilish, he was just talking about the industry in the most general of terms, not speaking out about it. Diddy orchestrated Usher signing Bieber so nobody would catch on to what he does. Usher at age 13 was with Diddy for ONE YEAR (as he said on the Howard Stern Show) and Diddy had GUARDIANSHIP over him at that time, unlike Bieber's 48 hours there. I don't know what Usher's mom was thinking. After some time passed Usher spoke out about it. How do we know Usher didn't tip Bieber off about Diddy when Justin's mom wasn't around? We don't.
