Those countries WHO give money as loans they dont own fleet of cars. I live in one of the western countries which is rich and organized. In this country MPs have two sessions in the year.. they attend feb- may break off then september- december/10th and they are paid for that period for them MP position is not a profession but a service.... they dont own cars... they use public transport
