This song fits Nahida well. Her pain of losing herself, a figment of her existence which created her very being succumbed to the corruption of the Withering. She not only lost a creator, but also a mother and teacher. Lord Rukkhadevata erased her very existence just so that those affected by the mysterious Eleazar illness would be healed for good. Then I moved around so much... when I heard you died next to your daughter I felt like I couldn't be there by your side. Whether to prove I was the type of friend who wouldn't leave or even to sacrifice myself for those I loved... I guess I blamed myself for not being able to be there... I know these things happen... I know... but still... I wanted to do more... to be more... to be yours... even when I tried to join you and your group skipping school... only to be left behind at the meeting spot... alone... it hurt... but I didn't care... I almost lost my humanity and fell into the darkness after believing love was meaningless from witnessing my mothers non stop cycle of boyfriends as I speak she’s on her 8th right now since I was born that being 24 years ago but watching the anime Naruto/shippuden saved me I’m not kidding it’s a great anime I recommend you watch it if you too are nearing the darkness as well, I also believe that loosing everyone you care about hurts just as bad when you realize you lost your humanity.

I lost Dad when I was a teen.. 32 years ago.. life just didn’t look the same ever since. I’ve grown old but can remember every detail of that day when I learned of his passing.
