hi, i have bought lots in dahican and will develop it as retirement house and hotel-question is it safe for foreigners to live there? no rebel etc?

But in so far as I can remember, Mati had been relatively peaceful these past years, with minor skirmishes between rebels and the police and the AFP. It would be best if you coordinate with them (the police & AFP) for a more detailed answer to your question for they do have information that are not necessarily known to us civilians. Thank you for your interest in doing business in my hometown.
