I’ve seriously fallen head over heels for this band
I fell in love with them immediately! They've quickly become one of my favorite bands overnight

I think we all can agree that Ghost won "our" Grammy.
This band deserves everything. It's been an over a decade climb to the top, but they've officially "made it". Ghost is going down in rock history. Tobias Forge is a creative genius.
When the Ghoulette joins In around the 3 minute mark, oh I love her voice. And the passion that can be head in Tobias's is absolutely phenomenal.
How do they sound just as good in live performances as in the studio? It's so rare to find bands that can do that these days. Ghost is so damn talented. I only discovered them a few weeks ago and I'm already hooked. Hope I can see them live someday.
I've been to four concerts of them and every time they sounded amazing. And live they sound even more metal, where some songs are a bit mellow on the album, they really come alive on stage. If you get the opportunity to see them live: do it!
Ghost is the best, it’s the only band that I prefer live songs than studio ones, that's why ceremony and devotion is the best for me
I can only offer that, being Swedish, Tobias likely sinks a lot of money into stage production. What does being Swedish have to do with anything? Simple: Sweden has the highest marginal tax rate at the top bracket: 95%. So rather than focus on profits, most of which his government would take, he sinks all of his money into the quality of his product. In some ways, Tobias Forge is a modern-day Tom Scholz, who cares more about perfecting the sound than making money.
The best and most original rock band since the early 90s. You can hear all the influences of the classic metal, Rock, Prog Rock and Pop of the past filtered into the vision that is ghost. Outstanding ✌️
Billy Beattie That’s crazy. I said the exact same thing. They are the most interesting thing to come out of music since the 90’s! Definitely a new guilty pleasure.

I always prefer the live performances sometimes over studios. I prefer both and this is amazing.
I like more the guitars of the studio version.
What makes this version better than the album version? The flaws. His off key notes every once in a while, the realness in his voice, the fact it's imperfect is what makes this metal and what makes it amazing!
It makes him human, and thus relatable to us mortals

Is this "metal". Extremely good Rock music, abbaesque , but metal like in "heavy metal"? Not quite.
@@rictusmetallicus "metal" or not, the theme matches the masterpiece of an album that is prequelle! There are a million metals, Ghost just about have their own.
I wouldn’t say this band is necessary metal but rather “rock”, symphonic to sone degree, alternative.
Fuck that sawtooth keyboard part you start to hear around 1:17, I never noticed that on the 1000 times I’ve listened to the album version or seeing them live. New respect and admiration for a song I didn’t think I could like any more than I already did.

And to think Tobias did not want to sing and front this band at its inception. Now the band is his! And it may be the best rock band in the world.

@@liquidjonathon6639 in interviews he said that he's more of a guitarist, he'd love to be in the back, where "Swiss" stand, or multi-ghoul. And be just guitarist and maybe back-vocalist.

I saw Tobias didn’t win either Grammy. That’s Sad but we still have the best fucking band ever!!! Ghost to me easily has the best fan basis. I went to one of there concerts and the people were amazing to be around. I’m so proud to say I love ghost and get to be part of this community. Forge to me deserved the Grammy but I might be biased lol.

Anthony Dailey you know maybe your right. By no means am I trying to be rude but I think ghost does still. I have some stories I don’t really want to share online but there’s been times where ghost fans have always been there for me. I will always think ghost has the best fans:)

One of the more interesting statements related to Ghost is that it is an indicator of the knowledge and skill of creating music precisely in the fact that they are interesting to listeners who are not interested in such a genre, both thematically and musically.

The talent of this band is truly unreal so thankful i became a fan of them over a year ago they are so incredible in their musicianship theatricality its blue oyster cult early black sabbath scorpions all wrapped into one Tobias is an incredible showman and singer

Listen, I love this song SO MUCH as is - like it's my go-to song on Spotify and has been for a long time. But this? This is transcendent. It is so powerful.

It doesnt, he writes the guitar riffs and most lyrics and also plays guitar on the records but he always has a full band that writes as well as composers and classical musicians hired to do some stuff off the prequel album.

Well part of it it's because it is properly mixed and not a shitty live phone recording and I also think he's singing without the mask, which gives him more freedom.
Matteo Vitali you’re right, this is a non video recorded session where the band performed without their makeup and costumes. Tobias doesn’t have to sing though a prosthetic face

Reminds me of The Scorpions ... in a good way
In studio version it's even more "obvious" ( and that's so good) because his voice sounds like Klaus Meine, but I love this version here too. Musically, I like to think Dance Macabre is the hidden son of "Rock you like a hurricane" and "big city nights"

Puede ser porque bien la mascara puede hacer que en vivo suene diferente, o quizás se trata de un arreglo en el estudio
Obviamente la máscara hace que suene con la nariz medio tapada xd. Lo más seguro es que aquí está mejor porque no la tiene puesta

Ojo, tobias tiene un problema en la nariz. Se ha querido operar pero no le aseguran que mantenga su voz. En esta canción fuerza mucho en altos y creo que es la que mas lo fuerza. Se nota que esta en su limite
