I felt so sad for him when he was talking about not getting a tony nomination for next to normal, he absolutely deserved one- Gabe is the pivotal character/ aspect of the show, and Aaron was so amazing in the role!
He finally got a Tony though!

i met his mom & dad 2 days ago....and his grandma, aunt & great aunt. had like a 20 minute conversation with them not realizing they were related to Aaron...figured it out once Aaron came out. Hahaha such nice people

This man is incredible. He seems constantly and genuinely surprised of what is happening to him. He deserves all of this so much, and more. We don't come across those kind of pure artists every day. Go get it all, Aaron.
Aaron Tveit:

- Singer.
- Perfect human being.
- Life ruiner.
When he talks about his parents, it is so great. I am sure they are very proud if him.
I love how excited he gets when he's talking about his head.
Smart, polite, grounded, handsome, talented. The only thing that bugs me about him is that I've yet to find a flaw.
Watching this in October 2016... So much has changed since this video! Very proud of him.
Tveit rhymes with great, even though he's way more than great...he's freaking perfect
Aaron just seems so humble and real. Not a lot of people would admit to being upset about not being nominated, I think it was brave of him.

To everyone confused, Aaron is straight. The interviewer made a comment about the "3 straight guys on broadway" and he didn't deny it. And guys who do theatre are usually very open about it, at least by the time they're 27 years old. But maybe that's my hopeful fangirl voice talking. Whatever he is, he's gorgeous and extremely talented. God I love him.
So happy that Aaron finally has his tony nomination.... soon to be win! I can think of nobody who deserves that accolade more

Gosh he's wonderful. I saw Next to Normal like right after he left but I'm finally going to get to see him in this show in the summertime!
i do agree with Aaron opening night makes you feel relieved, no rehearsal the next day, just another show and you just have to dance and sing your ass off and appreciate all of your hard work

I totally agree! I find it refreshing to have an actor honestly say that they were disappointed. I'm surprised he hasn't been nominated for either of his great shows.

Had a huge smile on my face throughout this entire interview :D Aaron is the best actor on Broadway on completely deserved a Tony for his performances in Catch Me If You Can and Next to Normal. I'm waiting for the day when I get to meet him and be in a Broadway show with him. Aaron is my idol and I'm in love with his work. He inspires me to never give up my Broadway dreams

Had a great time at the show and Aaron, and especially Norbert were fantastic. But I am just now really feeling troubled about how a bad of a human being Frank Abagnale was, and am questioning why he would want to heroize someone like this.
I think he admired his ingenuity and also that he paid his dues, went to jail/prison and paid back all he stole and turned his life around. He grasped his second chance and changed a lot through the experience and the relationship he had with Mr. Hanratty of the FBI who was the “good” ( moral) father he did not have.

Catch me if you can is a GRAND SLAM HOME RUN. I know,I just saw it on Broadway and it will not leave my head. WOW! **************** I would start calling the box office today for tickets,if you have not seen the show. Take the entire family and you will remember this show for the rest of your life. The REAL HOLLYWOOD is located on BROADWAY not in California where fakes can do their takes over and over again.

oh dear, I really don't get it, all this confusion abot him{ if he's straight r not}, I've only read comment on YT but I learned that he had a girlfriend for 2 years and they broke up about year ago AND that he said in an interview{ one ore more, i don't know} that he's straight, so I don't know what is unclear?? I personally prefer to believe people than find them hypocrites
