I have noticed bro, but as an civil engineer I can say the board should be properly noticeable. Suppose u are riding normal and immediate before the turn u see that turn prohibited hidden between bushes with other hoarding nearby. As u r not familiar with the exact road u will be bound to follow normal traffic rules according to your subconscious.
Now the thing that exact at that point traffic policemen are present not for helping u but for showing your fault and give u some challans just because its the exact place where most of new people make mistake. Now understand the point.
