@nevercold808 Yeah solid 10. Yeah I was really upset they made this a promo. They always do that too me. Even with the surging sparks I'm so mad they made that Magneton a promo
@nevercold808 Yeah maybe ill have to pick up a pokemon center etb for surging sparks just for that stamped promo. But like I said when I pulled the Japanese one they could of easily put some texture on thst card and I would of 100% been happy with that as an SAR lol
