Stop calling her underrated. She's exactly where she wants to be. She is fortunate enough to have her platform and to be making the music she wants to make and performing the way she wants. She has just recently stated how much she hates being called underrated because it implies that she's missing something and that she hasn't got enough. Which she believes she does. I know it comes from a positive place but just avoid saying that. We should just support her to the best of our ability and be glad that she can keep doing what she loves doing.

I kind of like to connect Electra Heart songs together with a little storyline of a teenage girl who created Electra Heart to be everything she isn’t, like popular, fun, likeable etc. like Marina created Electra Heart. And all of these fantasies the girl has are in her head and stuff. It’s not explained very well here but I kind of just had it planned out since like 2014 lmao. Something like this though, like if Electra Heart was a musical.
I've been a fan of Marina since Myspace; Porn is Good for the Soul, the classics. As a long-term fan, I view Marina as a beautiful, kind, but fierce woman that possesses incredible ability to convey anything she'd like. In her early years her music was mostly focused on how empty and hurt others made her feel, sometimes just blatant anger. Then with the Family Jewels (still one of my favorite albums ever), she started using obscure imagery and robust vocals, I remember hearing Mowgli's Road for the first time and pausing as I listened to both be amused and to be in awe 😂😂 Shampain is still one of the most beautiful songs musically she's produced. Family Jewels is what introduced everyone to her as an artist and person. I wasn't surprised when Marina decided to wear masks and tell us a story for Electra Heart. It wasn't her as a person speaking, sans a few sarcastic comments in the lyrics, but a representative of our society and how we work. She made a lot of comments on individuality and what it means to be human pretty much the entirety of her career, and tbh the self-exploration and sass is why I've always stuck around. Froot was back on to Marina, and gave us a look on what she'd been experiencing since we last heard of her life in Jewels, she really shines and you could immediately tell that even though she struggled to find her happiness, she'd found it and it makes me choke up thinking about it, how proud I am of and for her to accomplish her dreams and become the person she wanted to be. With this newest album, she's cranking out beautiful ballads like it's her damn destiny, touching our hearts and showing her years in a beautiful, defined way that is raw and revealing and achingly real. I love her. Listening to her is like hearing how an old friend has been, I will NEVER stop wanting to hear her opinion, her perspective, witnessing such an amazing, wonderful individual just live her life. Truly a wonderful human being.
I've been following her since the release of Froot, and I wish I had been there earlier, knowing how awesome the Electra Heart era seems to be, but maybe it's for the better cause I don't listen to singers I knew from 2014 and before cause it only makes me sad about those times. I found her when my heart was broken and she got me through so much, and now with this new album, she has made me finally take care of myself to find that same happiness and peace she has found, Love+Fear is my lifesaver and I sing it as an anthem of well being and hope for a brighter future, I can't explain how much To Be Human means to me after falling for her in 2015 through Savages, and as she said, the things that have happened this past few years, To Be Human is really refreshing and warm to listen to... I love her

She means so much to me as an artist and as a person and it's amazing to see her music reflect her personal growth.

We are all diamonds. There are many diffrent types of diamonds Some who prefer The family jewels or Electra heart or Froot or Love + fear Many diamonds cut into many ways. Some of us feel more attached to one or two albums more than the others and some love them all, both are normal because we all like diffrent things. But I think what we all seem to forget something from time to time and thats, that Marina is the one who brought all of this to us all the broken times crying listening to her songs or walking down the street with confidence to her empowering songs. Bottom line Marina is such an amazing artist who is so amazing for being able to do such versatile things with her music and letting herself be free in her work which in the end is what makes us all feel free and such big fans of this diamond in the rough.

It took me a long time but I finally get L+F and appreciate the album. Songs like Enjoy Your Life, Life Is Strange, Too Afraid, Believe in Love, etc really speak to me. Songs from Love help me change my mindset into a positive one, and the songs from Fear help me recognise my own negative feelings and realise it's okay to not be okay. I'm definitely more of an alternative fan but I love seeing artists play around with different styles and not restricting themselves to only one. 💖
He's either a huge superfan or he treats everyone he interviews this way. Either way, it was a beautifully conducted interview. This is what a fan wants to see, not some lame introductory interview.
It actually makes me 10 times more depressed. Because first, she doesn't know me. Secondly, even if she knew me I wouldn't be interesting enough for her. Thirdly, I can't have her as mine cause she's already happily taken (which I'm happy about). And finally, it saddens me we all are going to die so will she, and a black hole will eventually swallow our everything, our homes, the places where we shared some memories, our bodies, our whole planet, and it all is going to turn so dark and quite. Therefore, life is such a waste for a goddess like Marina. I wish I didn't exist, nor did she. Existence is so harsh for us all.

Ive been to L+F tour but not neon nature, and it was the best show of my life the costumes, choreography and vocals more than make up for it
