I unfortunately understand what you mean. I was born with Spinea Bifida and diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome many yrs ago because of the varies other medical issues caused by my disability. Her videos definitely help me refocus and help with my insomnia after being awake 5 days and nothing you do it take is knocking you out 😂
