I never received any notice of foreclosure or court sessions that gave the bank the go ahead to sell my home at auction without telling me anything. If they violate their oath, that is considered treason and treason is a felony and I would make that part of the pubic record. Find out how much the court is bonded for and go after the bonds.
You get their oath from the Secretary of their state I think and for the rest, find someone who knows a lot about computers and how to look things up. It is difficult, but if you know someone who is into computers that would be a big help. I have friends who know how look things up.
Sorry to interject again but at 7:40 you point out "book" and "page" these are not required anymore, the instrument number is sufficient to fulfill the statutes
Rob, very interesting information, however I do not believe that a loan originator MUST file a Master mortgage / Deed of trust unless they elect to use the short form mortgage or deed of trust. So if they use the regular 15-16 page mortgage or deed of trust (long form) then they would not need the master mortgage or deed of trust. What IS interesting though is that no certification or proof is required for the master mortgage or deed of trust.
