Proper way is to use some non acid card back cut it to size and glue from the inside of the bahco box. I like the replacement bits, super rare to find in my opinion. There is an auction for 3 lots of a ridgid replacement arms for pipes wrenches, but I don't want to drive 2 hrs to pick them up.

Bahco n° 99 isn't a bicycle tool, it's a California's Wrench, a tool used in the back country to tie fence wire. And the little "hook" on one of the extremes, is used to make the California's knott, near the posts. And the square holes are designed for adjust the wire tourniquets. Greetings from Argentina.
