Fixed have better quality but the ones for pocket 3 are so tiny that it is a nighmare changing them. They fall down, you have fingerprints on them... so I end up not using them. I think the VND is a better option, even the quality is a bit lower.
Great video with an explanation. I want to understand if the Freewell VND filter is on the lens, is it allow the gimbal lens in the default position (or restrict to moving the gimble head) when the power is off?
I prefer quality over convenience for content creation. As for now, it seems like to the best choice is fixed ND until Nisi has the True Color version for Pocket 3.
It looks like the KF concept was a bit stronger than the others and MAY have shifted a little warmer as well but I'm not sure because the sun shifted a bit during your test. I should get the KF concepts in today or tomorrow I picked up from your affiliate link and may do a comparison video between it and the Freewell. Either way, as long as it isn't too strong it's worth the fact that it will allow the gimbal to close. I know there are companies warning against that, but as long as it isn't too fidgety and you are careful I don't see it as an issue.
I agree..light was changing.... i filmed this one many times..but here sun is not predictable at all by this time of the year, and i did not want to make it in my studio... i feel its a bit warmer and softer which is not a problem at all for me
@@photorabz i asked their pic at the website, he said, as long as it is magnetic it can be stacked, are they trying to sell the product? now i am confused haha
I like the K&F one, but after somebody pointed out in the comment section that it is vignetting, I noticed it and yeah, I don't like that and had to look at the vignetting all the time 😂
I like the K&F
Me too

Thx alot. With freewell you cannot close the gimbal to original position

Personally i prefer convenience here otherwise i wld have made vlogs with my bigger cameras
I see that the 2 variable nd are vignetting in top right and bottom left corner.
Yes true, this is somehow the drawback of VNDs
This observation is another tick for me in the direction of fixed ND filters. @@photorabz
Fixed are better (quality) but not easier
Totally agree!@@photorabz

The problem with the k&f and pgytech is vignetting. It is very clear in top right corner and bottom left. The freewel it is not vignetting.
The main problem of almost all vnds
can you stack the k&f ultra wide angle lens with the k&f VND ?
Unfortunately no :(

As long at it has magnets from both sides..but it doesnt hehe

I can agree..but this is the problem with all vnd from all brands...you always get this vignet somehow... fot me it is acceptable
If only you have PolarPro ND filter, this comparison would have been perfect.
I thought about it but polar pro were so expensive so the comparison wouldn't be fair
@@photorabz Which package did you buy for the Freewell? If I'm not mistaken, PolarPro Vivid Collection is around $80.
Freewell about 20$ each filter
K & F best?)
I like k&f
