That's why Earl is the Goat. On the money. And doesnt care. I see the hand wave everywhere now. I ain't doing it. A roll is a roll. Everyone gets one from time to time. Stop apologizing lol.
More excited for the commentary than the match :) LETS GO EARL!!!! BN, if you could get a podcast together with Earl to talk about tables that would be awesome. He has so much knowledge about the way tables to setup, it would be cool to get that down "on paper"
That was a fun watch. Dominguez' cue ball control is excellent, and Drago did great with the majority of his angles. A few mistakes from both sides here and there, but overall pretty solid play. Earl had some hilarious moments as well, especially at 5:35 with "everybody's apologizing but nobody means it I don't think" and he laughs. :D
I also enjoy the pearl's commentary. He is so honest including admitting his own weaknesses (not many though). He has improved my game big time , but I was pretty crap to start with, ha ha. That's how it is starting at 53. I love it and the better you get, you want to play more and more.
Thanks again BN. Good to see Drago and a pain for my L (advance 10 seconds) on my keyboard while Dominguez is thinking, evaluating etc... at the table.
Wow, after watching many Drago games from the past on yt, it is a bit of shock to see him seemingly instantly aged. Yet he's still shooting lightning fast. I'll have to look up how short a Strickland v Drago match goes, lol.
Tony was visibly thrown out of kilter after benefiting from that 5-ball fluke in the first rack. I don't think he ever fully rebounded from it, even though 'the other guy' got far more rolls than he did. He went on to make too many mistakes that were atypical for him. Such a pity. I prefer to see him win over almost anyone, but especially a sociopath. (Anyone who thinks it's a compliment to tell someone "You have the touch of a rapist" -- as Dominguez told Dennis Hatch during a Mosconi Cup event a few years ago -- is a sociopath.)
This version of pool is too easy. I wouldn't loose. An example of how easy it is was when Dominguez jumped to hit the blue 2 ball and potted another ball and can still play on. This rule makes the game way too easy
Are you kidding. Alternate break with a race to 9. Earl, why do you commentate on matches like this? You're going to be here all night, except for me. I'm gone after this comment. I came back from a very good winner break 9-ball match race to 9 after 20 minutes of play the score is already 7 to 2. I bet this match has only gone about half that far, but I'm not staying to look. I just want this alternate 9-ball play to end somewhere and to play real 9-ball.
well u ll have a hard time watching pro pool as all tournaments are alternate break. also this series is not about the match as it is about what Earl has to say.
Haha he hit it miserably that my Earlism of the day as always outstanding commentatory from the Pearl
Really enjoy Earl calling the shots. I long for the days when Earl and Efren used to do battle on the table.
"Everyone's apologizing but knowbody means it. Bwahaha" literally dead 💀 lmfao😹
That's why Earl is the Goat. On the money. And doesnt care. I see the hand wave everywhere now. I ain't doing it. A roll is a roll. Everyone gets one from time to time. Stop apologizing lol.
@@propoolinstructor I was going to comment the same thing. Cracked me up when Earl said that. Bwahahaha!
Statistically, over a long period of time we all get the same number of good rolls and bad rolls. So apologizing is a waste of time.
Thanks Billiard Network and thanks Earl Strickland!! 👍🏻
Our pleasure!
Love to hear Earl's commentary. Is helping my game tremendously. Great job Earl!!. These are my favorite videos on any pool channel.
Wow Drago lost some weight ey?
I think he was sick for a year or so. Wasn't playing pool anyway.
Earl is a GOAT on the table and in the commentators booth! Great matchup because of the different style of play between the players.
More excited for the commentary than the match :) LETS GO EARL!!!! BN, if you could get a podcast together with Earl to talk about tables that would be awesome. He has so much knowledge about the way tables to setup, it would be cool to get that down "on paper"
Other people just comment. Earl is improving my game..

Great commentary as usual, Earl!
Good to see Tony back at the table!
one of the greats
Thanks again BN. Good to see Drago and a pain for my L (advance 10 seconds) on my keyboard while Dominguez is thinking, evaluating etc... at the table.
thanks for watching
Brilliant commentary
Good job earl. Ill tell in my opinion earl Strickland is one of the best to ever play the game
New man Tony, Great On and on...
Good to see Tony. It’s been a few years, and he’s dumped about 40 pounds. Looks healthy, and still runs racks in less time than it takes to rack them.
Looks ill
Great match!
Nice camera angles also! 👍🏻
thanks for watching
Tony hat abgenommen, das steht ihm! Hab ich noch vor mir
I love how competitive Earl is. Even against himself calling the right shots. Fierce competition
well pool is mostly about chosing the right shot
Always a fan , Drago and Oscar, Thank you...
Drago is what we used to call a "sleeper" ...... yup
This match was in 2018? I wish the best of your health, sir Tony, the fastest pool player on record

I enjoy watching Tony Drago play pool. I wish he would win some of these though!
Hey bn! Get earl to comment on some placement pool.
Well done mr Strickland long time fan
MORE! WE NEED MORE EARL!
very nice commentary
there's 28 more episodes on our channel...check out the playlist Earl Strickland Presents!
Educating , hearing Earl call the match .
Good job Earl the Pearl
Wow! Earl can be pleasant when he's out of the picture. Can you believe that! If he had a co-commentator that would have been really nice.
that could also not work at all
@@billiardnetwork That's also true : ))
Earl's the man! tell him tucson says hi
I haven't seen Tony play in a long time and now I'm amazed by his weight loss. Anybody happen to know about his health?
Drago is a hell of a shooter. Maybe if he took a little more time he'd be world champ.
I see it best in the overhead view.
some love it some don t...depends in what device u are watching it also
Why is Earl presenting Europe pool ?
he made an agreement / collaboration with Billiard Network which is from Europe and has the rights of Eurotour matches.
is that a question or a statement?
@@mirankljucaricek1495 You can easily recognize the questions because they are characterized by the question mark
@@AngrierGorilla oh you must be referring to the symbol at the end of the sentence...wow... thanks
Is that T. Drago? Lost lotsa weight.
Earl the beates
Good job Earl
Did Drago loose some weight? What happened?

he came after a long break from the game
wow, tony looking really thin, hope he is not ill
Earl is the best.

Here we go again.... the it's DUTCH Eurotour xD
Yeah I love these matches with earl's comments but I haven't seen many matches where the description was actually right.
oscar is a great all around player--takes after his dad ernesto
Is tony drago okay? he lost quite a lot of weight
Agreed....last time I saw Tony there was about 2X as much of him. Oscar is pretty damn good with a feel for the table.
I agree. Looks like he's lost at least 100 lbs since the last time I saw him but good for him!
He had a heart failure in 2019 and was in hospital for a month. Lost weight and tries to live healthier.
@@MugiwaraHUN this match is from 2018 no?
@@edgerat true, I was not paying attention to that. I checked it again, he already had some issues in 2018.
Hey Earl can you still draw your ball LOL ,especially at your age ,give em hell Earl and nice job with the billiard network .
Oscar got lucky few frames.
Stop saying: "like that".
Slim Drago

Dragons too fast and it’s his undoing, misses a lot of shots
Tony has lost weight
he was sick for a long time, this is his first tourney after
Good job Earl
