@@emylucie I’ve managed to fix it, there was no information anywhere on the internet addressing how to solve this issue, re-installing windows with a USB simply won’t work because the virus 🦠 is still hiding somewhere in the systems files, not allowing the installation to run. However, I managed to fix this using the cmd. I don’t remember exactly what I did but I deleted the right file and that has worked, I wouldn’t be surprised if it still managed to damage anything else. DO NOT RUN ON COMPUTER!
