I almost cried when you started out by saying we have had communication trauma. That’s EXACTLY what I experienced time and again from 3 years old-always being “too early to the party” “too advanced for my age” “too blunt.” Over the years I have learned how to use my tone of voice, but the scars from the initial trauma kept me from speaking out for years until recently. I have learned to sense when I was in a safe space to share, but I want to expand my platform, so that is the next step of the healing + work. This all resonates so much! I've definitely held back my voice a lot in my life as a result of sharing with the wrong audience and feeling the pain of my perspectives and insights not landing well.. or at all. However, there have been times that things I've said landed very well. I need to think about those times more often and try to remember how I was speaking, and what my intention was. I realize that being mindful and intentional about what I say, when I say it, and who I say it to is very important. Also, being ok if I get it "wrong" and using that experience to learn from...instead of burying my voice deeper underground.

Hello, thanks so much for your video. I have this channel, and all my life have been told that I have a healing voice and I should use it in my work! I also have noticed when I give advice in the wrong moment or to the wrong people it really does not go down well.(also a projector..) But have also felt my whole life that I have important things to say! But have shyed away mostly because I have been called arrogant a lot of the time, and don't want to rub people up the wrong way. So I love your point about intonation and being conscious of the vibration and intention before I speak, this is genius. This channel can be really sharp as well, I am a teacher and sometimes if I say Quiet! to the kids, it cuts like ice through the room and this deafening silence follows, it's mad powerful, we all feel it but even I'm like....er what just happened?! On-point. Totally resonates! Timing and tone-of-voice are essential, like you say. I've definitely been off-put that I cannot share all the elaborate mind-stuffs that my mind wants to blurt out all the time. But waiting for S&A solves all that. Mostly. I will try to slow down and realize when the divine-timing-belt is telling me to speak. Not everything that counts needs to be counted.

Hiiii Trini thanks a lot for this video, very interesting and I appreciate the insights! I am an emo projector with this channel and can say communication has been a big theme in my life for sure. I have had phases of feeling really empowered in my voice and sharing a lot as well as phases of being very inward and keeping my voice to myself. I do think part of my retreating back into my shell at times has had to do with experiences of feeling really misunderstood or rejected in response to my expression. I really like what you said about experimenting with tone of voice and intention. Me ego sometimes wants to redeem myself as genius when i feel i've been cast away as a freak lol but I can see how approaching communication from the energy of love, compassion, and helpful sharing could yield much better results. Soo interesting! Thank you for that :) this is a really important channel for me as I have this gates defined with defined ajna & throat. They are both red & black. So, I guess the energy is much more powerful... plus, my unconcious sun and earth are 43&23 in order. Aaaand in addition, my concious north and south nodes are 23&43 👊👊 what an energy, ha? Ah, one last word... I have "the right angle of EXPLANATION" :)) In my childhood, I really had too many traumas related to expressing my choices, or even my ideas/feelings. This really did not help me create personal boundaries. I hsd that fear: "Noone wants me or/and I will be hurtful if I speak." This may also be because of my undefined G center I guess, but I can not deny keeping my voice to myself tripled it... In my 20s, I realized how my "words" have power over people and thought that "if I tell people what I think, they will like." I WISH TO HAVE KNOWN ABOUT HD IN THAT TIME! OH GOD, REALLY. Please imagine.. A projector.. 2/5 profile. Talking all the time, with all these affects of 23-43... I mean... now I do understand why I was pushed by people, or counted as "genius" by some... :) Coming to present time... I always have this feedback from people about my voice, "so earthy, calming.." but if I am saying something negative, how "ruler, dictator" it is! Strangers, even after a 1 minute-friendly chit chat, say "I am pretty sure that your mad side is frightening." Or people knock my door and giving me examples of how I did effect their lives with just a sentence, which was fallen from my mouth years ago. This channel's energy is really hard. But also.. so fun! I have always been a semi middle class nobody who for some reason has had great influence on alot of somebody's, and they for some reason care alot about what i think. i take this as a great responsibility, and have strong convictions in writing books that will help people find their own sense of self fulfillment. i am deeply deeply burdened by the collective disempowerment i witness in the current day to day. i so deeply understand things that are so powerfully intangible that i've spent the last 10 years just figuring out how to communicate it in a digestible way so it can actually be of use to the collective. I feel on a very collective level. I always have. This advice is very helpful for me. Thank you!

On-point. Totally resonates! Timing and tone-of-voice are essential, like you say. I've definitely been off-put that I cannot share all the elaborate mind-stuffs that my mind wants to blurt out all the time. But waiting for S&A solves all that. Mostly. I will try to slow down and realize when the divine-timing-belt is telling me to speak. Not everything that counts needs to be counted.

Hiiii Trini thanks a lot for this video, very interesting and I appreciate the insights! I am an emo projector with this channel and can say communication has been a big theme in my life for sure. I have had phases of feeling really empowered in my voice and sharing a lot as well as phases of being very inward and keeping my voice to myself. I do think part of my retreating back into my shell at times has had to do with experiences of feeling really misunderstood or rejected in response to my expression. I really like what you said about experimenting with tone of voice and intention. Me ego sometimes wants to redeem myself as genius when i feel i've been cast away as a freak lol but I can see how approaching communication from the energy of love, compassion, and helpful sharing could yield much better results. I hated the fact that when I say certain things to people who are not as open minded as I am , I would get this feeling of resistance and frustration and just the over all feeling of them not listening to what exactly I’m saying this helps me understand that I just haven’t been communicating in the right environment or around the right people. I would literally get so frustrated/ annoyed feeling like I just wasted my time and energy and it just went in one ear and out the other! Once again thank you! 😊

Soo interesting! Thank you for that :) this is a really important channel for me as I have this gates defined with defined ajna & throat. They are both red & black. So, I guess the energy is much more powerful... plus, my unconcious sun and earth are 43&23 in order. Aaaand in addition, my concious north and south nodes are 23&43 👊👊 what an energy, ha? Ah, one last word... I have "the right angle of EXPLANATION" :))
In my childhood, I really had too many traumas related to expressing my choices, or even my ideas/feelings. This really did not help me create personal boundaries. I hsd that fear: "Noone wants me or/and I will be hurtful if I speak." This may also be because of my undefined G center I guess, but I can not deny keeping my voice to myself tripled it... In my 20s, I realized how my "words" have power over people and thought that "if I tell people what I think, they will like." I WISH TO HAVE KNOWN ABOUT HD IN THAT TIME! OH GOD, REALLY. Please imagine.. A projector.. 2/5 profile. Talking all the time, with all these affects of 23-43... I mean... now I do understand why I was pushed by people, or counted as "genius" by some... :)
Coming to present time... I always have this feedback from people about my voice, "so earthy, calming.." but if I am saying something negative, how "ruler, dictator" it is! Strangers, even after a 1 minute-friendly chit chat, say "I am pretty sure that your mad side is frightening." Or people knock my door and giving me examples of how I did effect their lives with just a sentence, which was fallen from my mouth years ago.
This channel's energy is really hard. But also.. so fun! Please try the voice tone, you will have fun! :)

The only rule is, "being recognised and invited".

The way i've seen it work many times is when you already have a connection with someone or a space where you are doing some kind of work, then your way of thinking and insights will be well received. hope this helps

that's so interesting. only you will know that answer but sounds to me like you could have a trauma of not wanting to communicate because of being rejected in the past. so now you try to get that same energy out in the form of comments. :)
