Hi Brandon, my local Laundromat started using Laundry cards from the machines since Tuesday. The reason why they did this is because they were changing the system to make it easier and convenient. No longer have to use quarters but they still use the change machine for Snacks, Drinks and Arcade Games.

Are you going to get an additional or larger bill changer in the laundromat? And now with the new roof you could add some solar to it to offset some of the electrical cost. Depending on your current rate will pay for itself in around 6 years.
Question is...do your machines work effectively with 1 cycle? Will they dry within 1 cycle? How bad do your machines smell on the inside? How hard is your water? And could it be better for the customers? Are you going above and beyond for your customers or just doing the bare basics to maximize profits?

8n Bloomington Indiana most laundromats have wash and fold during set hours like 9am to close. Few are 23/7/365 and if they are if they have attendants they are only there set hours.

Why should someone just "give" you 30 minutes of their most finite resource? What value are you bringing to the table to warrant Brandon allocating 30 minutes of his time Just so you can glean some of his knowledge? Why not offer to work for free for a week at one or more of his businesses where you may have some access to him while you are providing some value as well. Think of it as a mini-internship and see if Brandon is amenable. He owes you nothing.

I'm currently into rental real estate and waiting to settle down from the military in the next year or two and once I get to panama city florida, I want to start the car wash/laundromat side. Wash one cycle, dry in one cycle on certain things, sometimes it takes 2 dry cycles, the dry cycles are 25 cents each.
