They’re tripping. The beach is gorgeous and the cars are always available to drop you 5 mins up the road to the beach ara. Spot on about the property. Kids zone was out of this world. They have kids activities that start at various hours of the day. A great break for an hour or two for Mom and Dad. Everything was first class all the way. Going back in 2024.
This was SO helpful! We're also from Toronto with a 14-month old, half Filipino baby, and we plan to go next Spring when baby is nearing 2 years old. Saw how beautiful this resort was on Expedia and we're gearing towards the Coral level at Iberostar Selection, but maybe by December I'll look into their renovated area. Come join us next April! Haha our Filipino moms can hang, and our non-Filipino husbands too 😂
Thank you so much! What a coincidence, you should follow me on Instagram so I can keep up with your family! What is your user? We’ve heard great stuff about Iberostar but never stayed there. Definitely check them out by the time everything is all finished in December. Good luck on your trip planning! 🥰
Thank you... arriving there 9/2/23 .. Kind of getting the vibe there is nooooo entertainment at this site. Did you guys venture across the street to the Casino Hotel?
Hello! What type of room did you book? Looking to plan a large group travel to this location and it will be girlfriends and our kids. Thank you so much for this video. I just found out that Paradisus Grand Reserve at Palma Real is adult only.
Hi there! The Grand Cana is actually the new Paradisus Grand Reserve (it confused us as well). I’m not sure if they actually have a section that’s adult only, from my understanding they are all family friendly! We booked a 2 bedroom master suite at the Grand Cana.
Hello! Just booked it for Aug. I read up the kids club has to be potty trained, do you know if this is the case? Reviews also mentioned the a la carte restaurants are impossible to reserve as they are all full, any tips on how to get reservations? Last question, how big is their crib? is it more like a play pen size or a regular size crib? Thank in advance!
Hi there! I honestly never heard anything about the kids needing to be potty trained. At the time they were willing to take my daughter and she was super young, they had to have known she was not potty trained. We didn’t end up leaving her at the kids club though, so we are not entirely sure. Yes, a la carte restaurants are damn near impossible. We were lucky because we had our own personal concierge (she came with our room, not sure if this is standard for the resort still but I’d suggest asking if you would have a concierge… she made it super easy because every time we wanted to reserve we just messaged her on whatsapp and we would magically have a reservation). We didn’t use a crib, but I believe it was travel sized from what my sister in law told me!
Yes! The food was toddler appropriate, yes! Lots of all of those things you listed and a pasta station. However, we gotta say for the adults sometimes it felt repetitive (the buffet options) and there was limited options. It’s great for toddlers but for adults to enjoy, we’d recommend actually going to the restaurant!
Thank you so much! It took about 5 minutes on a shuttle to get to the beach. Getting the shuttle back to the hotel did take some time (in terms of us waiting there) because there was only one in rotation. We had to call our concierge and follow up because we had waited a while!
@@sheenas444 we never tried because we have a baby and it was scorching hot; however, I think if you’re ok with the heat and going for a long walk, it might be doable. But I’m thinking it might take a whole 30 minutes to walk there. It’s an incredibly large resort with 3 resorts within it. And the Grand Cana resort is the furthest back from all the resorts.
I actually do not remember. We went in the middle of the summer so the water couldn’t get cold enough for us but I do remember it being a nice temperature at night. But I do not remember if it was heated. I don’t think so
Hey! I’m pretty sure they only had presidente on tap at the bars. I believe one of the bars had Heineken on tap but most of them were presidente. They would deliver cans to your room at any time though
I love this review! So thorough lol my husband and I are going with our toddler and now I’m excited!
Thank you so much! You will love it! We want to go back so bad

Hi there! can you comment on the age of the kids club and whether they have to be potty trained? thank you!
It was not beach season when we went
Love this video. Found you guys from Winston’s grooming video. Beautiful family and dog !
Awww thank you so much! 😍
Just booked it. Fingers crossed it'll be fun 😊
Let us know how it goes! And try to sneak over to the new location by the beach and update us on how it’s looking!
Thanks for sharing your experience.. very helpful and informative 😊

We actually didn’t due to our youngster, But I wish I did. Would have made it a bit more lively. But we were asleep by 9 or 10 every night 😂
Great review. Thank you!!
Thank you so much for the support!

Thank good review. Sadly already booked to find out here there is no beach 😢
Oh my goodness that is so unfortunate! They really should make that clear on their ads. When are you going?
Me too 😢 going in 10 days and just finding this out
Great review thank you so much. Would you say the food was toddler appropriate? Fries, rice, pasta, pizza etc?

Do they have warm, heated pools for kids? As Paradisus in Cancun has it.

What’s the resort called that they renovated by the beach called?
I believe it’s either “Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort” or “The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real”
How far is the beach from the resort?
@@CynTonado when we went it was about 5 minute shuttle. But shuttles come and go frequently
@@theemanfamily thank you for replying ♥️
were beds small

Heyy do they charge for room service?
They didnt! I think there were some options for very premium things that you had to pay for, but 95% of it was all included.
She keeps cutting him off when speaking
