So sad because people are denied a Visa just for a visit while millions pour through our borders without being vetted for disease or criminal background. And we are to have sympathy for those people?
Some of the wishes really aren’t wishes. The groom could have figured a gift. Now the wish to bring daddy physically there is a wish. Technology isn’t really a wish. A lot of this is solved with money and phone and google search
This was about 2008-2010 or so so not everyone had a webcam and skype like they do now, especially an older person in a developing country. They're still using flip phones in this. There was no way Jane could have brought the dad there. Changing immigration law and decisions is beyond her power.
Why not wish first that the father can come. You never know. They didn't need Jane for those other wishes. Family could help them too. But Jane delivered.
that's a bit steep for her to deliver on. If he doesn't have a visa and they won't accept an application for six months there isn't anything she can do about it.
Jane is awesome in so many ways. Not only does she ride a Harley but shoots like a boss and is a phenomenal planner. I'd love to hang out with her and have fun at the shooting range or skydiving!

Columbia is not the easiest country to get a visa from either. If you are elderly and have health issues they also may knock you back
