A short record and playback test.
The sequences were recorded on a CVC video tape, the tape was rewound and the playback was recorded on PC.
There have been no video optimization and no cleaning.

If still be of interest after 4.5 years:
I had a similar issue. Despite the capacitors which should all be replaced this shown issue could be fixed by adjusting the operating point of the Capstan driver (located on the small board on the right side of the recorder).
Either bad traking or overused tape
I think this is occurs by bad tape driving. At 1:27 starting to skeep the video track. Too slow or too fast the tape on this stage i think
Oh i'm sorry this must be in english language - 1. the recorder is falling out of the track - maybe the syncron head can't read the tracking information or the the V-Syncron will not recored on this tape during recording (the v-sync is not on the tape) 2. the tracking electronic is falling out during playback could be a trimpotentiometer, wrong wire etc. 3. the erasehead will not erase the longheads and the old v-syncs so you can't overwrite the synchrontrack. 4. on the enter of the headdrum the picture is not well it could be that the lineal is dirty or the bandtrack is disalligned check this with a small mirror and/or the Capstan tire is in a bad condition change it or clean it.
Der Recorder fällt aus der Spur dies kann verschiedene Ursachen haben. 1.Syncronkopf verunreinigt oder Kopfverstärker liefert kein Signal oder Syncronkopf nimmt kein V-Sync mit auf das Band auf z.B. Löschoszillator fällt aus. 2. Die Elektronik die das Tracking macht fällt im playmode aus. 3. Synchron wird gar nicht mit aufgenommen. Schaltbild und impuls verfolgen ob der auch an den Längsköpfen ankommt. 4. ich glaube nicht das es etwas mit der Headdrum zu tun hat aber oben ab Bildeinlauf das Lineal oberprüfen und die Andruckrolle kann das auch sein wenn der Capstan durchrutscht.
The audio/tracking head needs adjusted with a screwdriver.

Welches Baujahr ist die Kamera?
Hallo Schnipp08. Auf der Verpackung konnte ich leider keine Angaben finden. Ich schätze die wurde zwischen 1980 und 1985 gebaut. Es ahndelt sich um eine Röhrenkamera - Stichwort Newvicon. Gruß.
