Vinayan wasn't approving his henious behaviours towards a great actor and veteran like Thilakan and some other acts of him, humiliating some of the senior directors who gave him chances in his earlier days & some producers! Vinayan's intervention in one of the issues and his advice to Dileep to behave with humility to seniors made Vinayan his next target..! In a very quick,cunning & shrewd move he formed ' FEFKA' a parallel opposing orgn. of Malayalam movie technicians including directors...at a time when 'MACTA' was the only organisation for technicians!
Dileep managed to persuade using his crook or hook methods most of the MACTA members to resign and join FEFKA overnight..! He even took decisions on behalf of some famous directors and writers without their consent or knowledge and gave it as flash news to prominent TV news channels..! His criminal and manipulative style was being used in his entire life to climb the success ladder in almost his entire life! Even pretending love & trapping a famous actress like Manju Warrier by marrying her was also one such shrewd move to climb up the ladder! Dileep was a new comer and Manju was on the peak of her career! She just happened to be a pawn in Dileep's hands to become one such ladder to climb up to his success! He made some shrewd and similar moves against the movie Theatre Owner's Association and the Distributors Associations and torpedoed both associations and paralysed them! In short the entire Malayalam movie was at the MERCY of Dileep, the MacVilian manipulator. Mammootty and Mohanlal and those smaller actors were all the remote controlled robots in his hands!
Anyway slowly Dileep made the entire Malayalam Industry under his control! He was the controller of the superstars and himself created a new seat as people's Superstar by creating a well knit fan's association for him..!
Dileep's success in avoiding being sent to jail is by keeping majority of the film industry with him and his enormous money power and his his shrewd move in changing his defense lawyer from Advocate Ram Kumar to Raman Pillai, the Master Manipulator. The entire execution of Dileep's ideas are planned and implemented at Raman Pillai and Associate's Minds and in their Offices, including the influences executed on Honey M Varghese, the trial court judge whose husband is just an ordinary corrupt Excise Circle Inspector who takes bribes from illicit liquor traders, Bar owners, illicit makers of Arrack and Drug Mafias. His name is Gigi Jose.
He catches some small time drug traders and illicit liquor makers and beat them severely and frame cases against those mediocres by framing them with the cases in the entire range under his jurisdiction, while giving all sorts of support for the Big Fishes!
This guy fell into a big trap in which he was a culprit in a custody death of a young drug addict & user, who was accused of selling drugs. He was beaten severely under the leadership of this judge Honey Varghese's husband Gigi Jose, the Excise Circle Inspector. The beating was so severe that the young drug user died at one stage.!
