About video
Last date of linking PAN with Aadhaar has been extended till 30th June 2023.
The extension was in order to provide some more time to the taxpayers, whereby persons can intimate their Aadhaar to the prescribed
authority for Aadhaar-PAN linking without facing repercussions. Notification to this effect is being issued separately.
From 1st July, 2023, the PAN of taxpayers who have failed to intimate their Aadhaar as required, shall become inoperative and the
Consequences during the period that PAN remains inoperative will be as follows:
1. Financial transactions problem
2. KYC Problem
3. ITR filing problem
4. TDS Refund
5. Interest on TDS refund during pan inoperative. many more.....
Pan can be linked with aadhar card from 1st July 2023 till 30 days with late fee of Rs 1000
NRI and normal citizen can now file Income Tax Return even if their PAN has become inoperative.

Kuch nahi kar sakte bhai, time pass kar raha hai income tax department, 1 request process karne mein 6 mahina leta hai, public pareshan hai aur yeah saale maje se bhaithe hai

I have filed ITR -1 on June16, 2023 also done e-verified on Same day. Issues is that PAN Aadhar not Linked ,i Applied for corrections & till September 7th not linked . I have initiated PAN AADHAR LINK on 7th September 2023. Link successful message got on 8th September 2023. Now PAN is Showing Active but Inoperative, So TAX Returns Stopped ,in how many Days will it be Operational, will i get Returns????

Mera pan inoperative ho gya par mein challan kata hai sab from jama de diya lekin 3300 RS tds katliya toh refund kase karun??
Pan operative hone pe hi tds refund ho sakta hai...
