Initially it was Mild -Dexa, Severe -nebulized epinephrine

This is my first attempt and i am confused.
I mean, due to negative marking, if I'm not sure it's better to not attempt.
But that way the no. of attempted qs will become very less.

Yes.. please attempt at least 180, leave only those 20 about which you have not heard of also.. and you have no clue whatsoever.. for others, try to eliminate as many options as you can and come to the right answer!
