13:23 Negros Occidental po hindi oriental.though sugar din ang primary industry ng Oriental..mas malawak at mas malaki ang sugar output ng occidental..there are 9 Sugarmills in Occidental..7 of which may Refineries while 4 lang sa oriental and only 1 has a refinery
